Green Tea, Hibiscus, Natural Raspberry Flavoring with Other Natural Flavorings (8%), Peppermint, Natural Blueberry Flavoring (5%), Natural Flavoring, Biotin, Citric Acid.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Place 1 tea bag into your water bottle (500ml).
2. Wait 5 minutes, then shake, shake it!

TOP TIP: You can store bottle in refrigerator and steep for 6 - 8 hours, depending on desired strength of tea. The longer you brew, the fuller the flavor. Consume within 8 hours, perfect on the go drink.
